Ordering
If you decide to have me build a guitar for you, we'll talk about your preferred playing style, the body style of the guitar, materials to be used, options, trim details, and the like. Before materials are purchased I ask for a $500 deposit when an order is placed. An additional deposit may be requested for premium woods or other premium items. The deposit is applied to the final balance and will secure pricing and your place in my build schedule. It is non-refundable except in extreme circumstances. The balance plus shipping and insurance will be due when the guitar is completed. I will then ship your guitar in its case in a padded guitar shipping box by USPS overnight insured.

If you're dissatisfied with the instrument in any way, contact me within 72 hours of its arrival. We can discuss arrangements for its return to alleviate the problem or a refund minus shipping costs, given upon the sale of the returned guitar. Options or design decisions that make the instrument difficult to sell, such as personalized inlays, may incur deductions in the refund amount.

My guitars come with a warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as I am a practicing luthier. However, the warranty does not cover wear from normal use, damage, abuse, or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity.

Please note: While I try to post anticipated changes to my prices, they may change without notice. New prices will be posted here on the site as soon as possible.
