If you decide you’d like to commission a guitar to be built for you, we can discuss at length your requirements for tone, the body style of the guitar, materials to be used, options, trim details, and the like. Before materials are purchased I ask for a $500 refundable deposit when an order is placed. The deposit is applied to the final balance and will secure your place in my schedule. The balance plus shipping will be due on completion. I will then ship your guitar in its case USPS overnight insured in a padded guitar shipping box.
If you're dissatisfied with the instrument in any way, contact me within 72 hours of its arrival. We can discuss arrangements for its return to alleviate the problem or a refund minus shipping costs provided it is returned in its original condition. Options or design decisions that make the instrument difficult to sell, such as personalized inlays, may incur deductions in the refund amount.
